HOPE IN BETTER HOPE MISSION 2011 Update: The Guyana Better Hope Team represented by Jaio, DJ, Sukhie, Tafzul, and Twistie distributed 5,000 Guyana Dollars to seventy two (72) people in Better Hope. Once again, when help is needed most Jaio and the boys have risen to the occasion. We should all learn from this example as we can see from the photos, they were going from house-to-house maintaining a sense of mission; they never once complained about not having the time to undertake this tumultuous task. Even more, the boys have taken photos of their visits and have labeled each one accordingly; you may recognize some of the individuals. We would like to wish all the recipients a happy and healthy 2012. In addition to the individual donations, the Guyana Better Hope Team will take on the responsibility of cleaning up the Vryheid’s Lust School yard, which as you can see from the photos below is in major disrepair.

To all of you who have supported our fundraisers, this is your contribution at work; we would like to thank you for your continued support and hope to see you in 2012.

Thanks to Chatta and Suresh (Cowboy) for their leadership of the New York and Canada Better Hope Sports Clubs; please continue the great work guys. The clubs’ efforts to raise funds to support the Better Hope in Guyana initiatives is monumental.
